As mentioned in the previous post I met Professor Khatchatur Pilikian as part of this project. Professor Pilikian was born in Iraq in 1939 and has lived in Lebanon, Italy and England. He is a renowned singer, painter and scholar. Culturally he is extremely important in terms of Armenian identity as it has played a large role in his life. Here is a video of him singing Mozart’s last Con Carta on his 70th birthday in 2009.
